add a commentGTW review - ‘Soccer Kid’ (Atari Jaguar) - July 24, 2006
Year/Company: 1995 Krisalis
Format: Atari Jaguar
‘Soccer Kid’ is your average platform affair where you control a young lad who plays soccer and uses his football skills to get around various levels. The story is that the World Cup has been destroyed by an asteroid and you have to find all the pieces. Not exactly Lord of the Rings, but there you go.

add a commentGTW review - ‘Mercenary’ (CGB) - July 16, 2006
Year/Company: 2000 Thalamus Interactive
Format: Gameboy Colour
Ok, if I was to tell you that Mercenary was indeed on the cards for the Colour Gameboy, you’d probably not take me seriously anymore… well, you probably don’t anyway but I kid thee not! If you remember the excellent conversion of Elite on the NES, then maybe the idea of a conversion for our beloved portable doesn’t sound that much of a joke after all.

add a commentWhere it all began… - July 16, 2006
I loved my Commodore 64 as I grew up and all the games that were being released. I was lucky enough to be around when the C64 was still going strong and commercial games were still released. As many others went off to the 16-bit, I was still with the C64 and still waiting for the next blockbuster game release.
The C64 revolutionised gaming for me, and it was the growing interest in gaming overall which drew me to a particular part of gaming which was "Unreleased games"…
